Join us for a webinar where we will discuss legal and practical considerations for employers planning to reopen or expand in-person operations and bringing employees back to the workplace while taking appropriate safety precautions related to COVID-19. We will discuss federal, state and local reopening requirements, guidance and best practices for reopening which include thoughtful planning, good communication and careful implementation. We will also discuss employee morale issues, ongoing accommodation issues and how to deal with employee resistance to returning to in-person work. Finally, we will discuss how COVID-19 vaccines may come into play and operating a mixed vaccinated/non-vaccinated workplace.
