The coronavirus pandemic continues to present a host of challenges for employers, and there are certain issues which have greatly and uniquely impacted owner-managed and closely held businesses. Companies have found themselves in unchartered territory relating to financing and capitalization issues, qualification for various government loan programs available through the Small Business Administration (SBA), as well as daily business operational and corporate governance matters. This webinar is the first in a series of three and will explore high-level strategic decisions that business owners and key executives are dealing with at this time. The topics include:
