Mindfulness for Lawyers

This program is designed to introduce lawyers to the practice of mindfulness, including forms of mindfulness such as meditation and active listening and communicating. The speakers will discuss how the forms of mindfulness can be incorporated into your work and life in order to increase productivity and focus as well as reduce stress. Attendees will hear from lawyers who use mindfulness to enhance and improve their performance and well-being.
Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking for an opportunity to deepen your practice, this program will teach techniques to help you become more focused and successful in your work, make better decisions, and manage stress.
