Impact of the New Congress on Commercial Real Estate

With the new Congress underway, the impact on commercial real estate will be considerable from House leadership changes, including new committee chairs, as well as reconstitution of key Senate committees. In the House, both the Financial Services and Ways and Means Committees have new Chairs, while in the Senate, new members will join the Banking, Housing and Urban Development Committee and the Finance Committee.
