Key Takeaways from the CFPB's Summer 2018 Supervisory Highlights
Share
Earlier this month, the CFPB issued its first edition of Supervisory Highlights under the leadership of Acting Director Mick Mulvaney. The Summer 2018 Supervisory Highlights covers examination findings in the areas of automobile loan servicing, credit cards, debt collection, mortgage servicing, payday lending and small business lending. The report also summarizes recent public enforcement actions, and supervision program developments.
Ballard Spahr attorneys John Culhane, Reid Herlihy, and Chris Willis will discuss the significant substantive takeaways from these latest Supervisory Highlights, likely areas of focus in future examinations, and recommendations for addressing the regulatory concerns raised in the report.Moderator
