States' Assault on Student Loan Servicing

Senior-level bankers and those doing business with the banking industry will gather from across the country to attend CBA LIVE on March 12–14, 2018. The event offers programming tailored to professionals in the retail banking industry.

Mr. Culhane will participate in a panel discussing trends in new student loan-servicing laws and regulations springing up at the state level – such as those recently pursued by California, Illinois, and other states. The panel will also examine the federal government's potential response.
