Federal Ethics Compliance

Corporations and associations that engage with the federal government face a complex set of ever-changing requirements regulating those interactions. This CLE will keep in-house counsel, corporate compliance officers, and government affairs professionals up-to-date on the latest rules relating to federal lobbying registration and reporting, political activities, revolving door provisions, and gift and ethics rules. We will also delve into best practices for developing and implementing a government affairs compliance policy.  

This program is approved for 1.5 Ethics CLE credits in PA, NY, & CA; 1.8 Ethics in NJ. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will also be provided for the purpose of seeking credit in other jurisdictions.
