Jennifer Santangelo advises on cash flow and asset-based loans; syndicated loans; real estate financing transactions; equipment leasing transactions; senior, subordinate and mezzanine debt financing transactions for mergers, acquisitions, and purchases and sales of businesses; subscription lines of credit; and forbearance, workout and restructuring of troubled loans. She also handles acquisition, construction, and receivables financing for timeshare projects across the nation. With more than 25 years of experience, both in-house and in private practice, Ms. Santangelo has the perspective to identify and overcome unique and complex transactional challenges.
Her clients include financial institutions of all sizes, private equity firms, equipment finance companies, and other corporate and commercial organizations. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Santangelo served as in-house counsel for a national health care finance company. In that role, she advised on corporate and operational matters, including asset-backed securitizations and other corporate business agreements, compliance and risk analysis, employment and contractor matters, portfolio sales, and vendor programs.

- Represented a national bank in a syndicated multi-currency credit facility involving a multinational materials company
