John D. Sadler focuses on complex commercial litigation matters. In his diverse litigation practice, John represents banks, financial institutions, lenders, contractors, homebuilders, real estate developers, commercial landlords, property management companies, insurance companies, and individuals in both federal and state court matters involving real estate disputes, corporate disputes, mechanics' liens, breaches of contract, construction, and leasing disputes.
John represents commercial lenders in litigation, default servicing, debt recovery, lien perfection, judgment enforcement, and lender liability defense matters. He assists lenders in planning, negotiating, and documenting commercial debt restructurings involving notes, guaranties, revolving credit agreements, term loan agreements, acquisition, and construction loans secured by real estate; secured lending under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code; intercreditor agreements; subordination agreements; participation agreements; control agreements; and letter of credit agreements.
