Maraya Noelani Ibarra Pratt is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. As a commercial litigator, her practice focuses primarily on consumer financial services litigation and she regularly assists banking clients in disputes involving deposit accounts and other payment methods. She additionally has experience defending financial institutions in actions involving state and federal lending statutes. Maraya's diverse commercial litigation experience also includes representing commercial landlords both in collection actions and breach of contract actions.

Maraya further advises a diverse range of clients regarding compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in a variety of contexts, including ensuring compliance with website accessibility standards. Maraya also has experience in conducting internal investigations of sexual misconduct allegations and other discrimination claims arising under Title IX, and advises colleges and universities of their obligations under Title IX in applying relevant policies and procedures. She also assists clients in a range of real estate and commercial litigation matters, including disputes arising from breach of contract claims and business torts.

Prior to joining the firm, Maraya's practice focused on civil litigation within the insurance industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in Biology, with a specialization in physiology and neurobiology.
