Jessica W. Payton

Jessica Payton focuses her practice on real estate matters and complex investments. Earlier in her legal career, Jessica worked for a leading, Utah-based investment administration and transactional services firm, where she managed complex investments, including the full range of documentation. Jessica’s real estate practice is also informed by her experience serving within Utah courts and public agencies, where she assisted with a variety of functions, including contract review.

While in law school, Jessica served as the Managing Editor of Administration of the BYU Education & Law Journal and was the 1L Advocacy Competition Chair.
