Key member of the trial team securing a complete victory for global biopharmaceutical company CSL Behring LLC, defeating a wrongful termination action of a director-level employee who alleged age and gender discrimination and retaliation following her termination. Won summary judgment on plaintiff’s retaliation claim, and won a complete defense verdict on plaintiff’s age and gender discrimination claims after a five-day jury trial in D.C. federal court.
