Sarah Noe is an associate who specializes in representing renewable energy clients. As a member of the Environment and Natural Resources practice group, Sarah routinely advises clients on environmental and land use permits and related regulatory matters. In addition to representing and advising clients in real estate transactions, Sarah has experience representing publicly traded Net Lease Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and private equity groups in various bankruptcy proceedings and in all aspects of commercial litigation matters.
Before joining Ballard Spahr as a summer associate, Sarah worked at the Center for Public Health Law and Policy at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. At the Center, Sarah focused her research on Zika virus and the opioid epidemic.
