Kumail Mirza

Kumail Mirza is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Kumail’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate matters, including real estate acquisitions, sales, and the development of retail, industrial, office, multifamily, hotel, and condominium properties.

Kumail routinely prepares and negotiates construction and reciprocal easements, due diligence memorandums, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, property management agreements, and warranty claim settlement agreements. Kumail also has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and real estate litigation. He’s represented investors, developers, purchasers, sellers, and corporate entities concerning claims for breach of contract, fraud, and business torts.
