- Represented large regional bank as administrative agent in a $15 million senior secured asset based revolving credit and term loan facility to pharmaceutical company.
- Represented senior lender in a $6 million senior secured acquisition financing for the sponsor, a private equity and debt investment firm, in their acquisition of an exhibit management company.
