Jordan Meyer is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrating her practice on commercial litigation and dispute resolution, in addition to class action defense, product liability defense, construction matters, eminent domain matters, and a variety of contract claims. She researches and drafts legal memorandums, reviews document production, handles discovery responses and disputes, and communicates with and advises clients. Jordan also routinely helps develop and evaluate case strategy and she uses her previous experience in transactional law to analyze areas of potential exposure for clients.
