Stephen Martin is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on environment and natural resources matters. He has experience preparing opinions, letter orders, and memoranda on subject matter jurisdiction in federal court. Stephen has also analyzed procedural issues, including pre-service removal and fraudulent joinder.
Prior to Ballard Spahr, Stephen was a lecturer at Tufts University, Bentley University, and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he taught courses in normative and applied ethics as well as introductory philosophy.
