She regularly serves as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, borrower’s counsel, and trustee’s counsel on a variety of municipal bond financings, including general obligation, revenue, conduit, solid waste, manufacturing, bioenergy, health care, and educational facility bond transactions.

- Served as bond counsel and borrower’s counsel in connection with various tax-exempt municipal bond issuances to finance solid waste and recycling facilities for Waste Management, Inc. and Republic Services, Inc.
- Served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of $320 million in tax-exempt municipal bonds to finance a large paper mill and corrugated box manufacturing facility in Kentucky
- Served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of $300 million in tax-exempt municipal bonds to finance a large solar panel manufacturing facility in Georgia
