John G. Kerkorian is a litigator who represents companies in commercial disputes, with a focus on restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation. Amid battles for talent, he helps companies protect business information, relationships, and property and advises on issues related to unfair competition.
John plays a critical role in moving Ballard Spahr forward through his firm leadership roles. He is the firm’s Partner in Charge of Lateral Growth, a member of the Executive Team of the firm’s Management Committee, and the former Strategic Planning Partner and Managing Partner of the Phoenix office.
John’s wide-ranging civil litigation experience also spans business torts, commercial acquisitions and investments, real estate and mortgages, partnership matters, business terminations, various types of contract breaches, harassment, and discrimination.
