Brianna Howard is a Los Angeles litigator with experience in complex business litigation, arbitration, class action defense, and multi-district litigation. Brianna manages all phases of litigation and advises clients across a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, health care, technology, retail, and financial services.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Brianna worked as a senior litigation associate at an Am Law 20 law firm. In this role, she represented several Fortune 500 companies and financial entities in disputes concerning data privacy, intellectual property, breach of contract, consumer protection, product liability, business torts, and government investigations. She also led an active pro bono practice dedicating time to assisting asylum seekers and victims of domestic violence.

Brianna has worked with the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice to advise domestic violence victims in connection with requests for restraining orders and custody disputes.
