Eben Hansel is a Real Estate partner whose practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate law and transactions, including permitting, title, zoning and environmental issues, acquisitions and dispositions, site development and construction, project financing, loan workouts and acquisition of distressed assets, and leasing.
He represents owners, developers, lenders, and investors in Maryland and throughout the country. His clients include national retailers, public REITs and private-equity investors, banks and non-traditional lenders, office and laboratory tenants, community development corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
