Nicole C. Evans has a national, broad-based practice in resort and hospitality law, including resort and timeshare development in the United States, Canada, and Mexico; fractionals and other luxury real estate products; condominiums; mixed-use and planned community developments; condominium hotels; and analysis of club structures.
Nicole counsels owners, franchisors, and franchisees on matters of due diligence, branding and development of hospitality properties, and the negotiation of hotel management agreements and franchise agreements. She also handles more traditional real estate and commercial matters.

- Represented Grupo EMR, developer and owner of signature resorts in the most sought-after tourism regions of Argentina, in franchising and branding the properties as Tribute Portfolio Hotels under the banner of Marriott International, Inc.
- Serves as special timeshare counsel for an international hotel chain in its vacation ownership product offerings in Park City, Utah, and Las Vegas
- Serves as special timeshare counsel for a publicly held company regarding its timeshare documentation, registration, and licensing issues for projects in Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Missouri, Illinois, and Wisconsin
