Madison Etherington is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses on privacy and data security matters. As a law clerk for an AmLaw 100 firm, Madison compiled compliance recommendations for clients on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and TCPA issues. She also analyzed privacy regulatory schemes, assisted in cybersecurity breach response notification procedures, and compiled and drafted direct marketing policies and contracts.
Prior to entering law school, Madison worked as an energy research and marketing analyst at LawIQ, Inc., a leading provider of regulatory and legal data analytics and intelligence services.
During law school, Madison served as a legal intern at Wiland, Inc., and as a legal research assistant for University of Colorado Professor Margot Kaminski.
