Ryan D. Brown counsels corporate entities in connection with middle-market mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations and funding arrangements. Additionally, he advises clients on day-to-day legal and business matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, entity formation, and regulatory compliance.
Ryan received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While in law school, he served as Senior Staff Editor for the Tax Law Review and as Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. He also worked as a federal judicial extern with the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable Suzanne Mitchell of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Prior to law school, Ryan worked as an accountant for two prominent companies in the energy industry, including a two-year stint working overseas in Mozambique.
