Justen Barbierri is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on labor and employment matters. He regularly counsels clients on wage and hour issues, union campaigns and bargaining obligations, discrimination laws, ERISA regulations and requirements, and executive compensation matters. He also represents employers in labor arbitrations and defends clients facing unfair labor practice charges.
In addition, Justen has experience drafting and maintaining employee handbooks, state-specific handbook addenda, memoranda, forms, and other documents to ensure clients are compliant with best practices related to both federal and state laws.
