Joseph J. Bailey practices complex commercial litigation, with experience in cases involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, consumer protection, antitrust, securities, employment law, and insurance law. Joe has litigated extensively in both state and federal court, as well as in various arbitration matters. He has also conducted numerous internal investigations regarding allegations of employee misconduct.
Prior to attending law school, Joe worked in advanced data analytics for a large insurance company.
