Eunice Ahaghotu is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department, focusing her practice on commercial real estate transactions and affordable housing and community development. Eunice has worked on transactions involving real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial office leases, telecom leases, various methods of financing including preferred equity transactions, low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, tax-exempt bond financing, and New Market Tax Credits.
Eunice started at Ballard Spahr as a 2019 and 2020 Summer Associate and a 2020-2021 Legal Intern.
