How I Made Office Managing Attorney: "Be Open to Innovating"

Daniel R. Fritz, the Office Managing Attorney of Ballard Spahr's Sioux Falls location, spoke to American Lawyer Media about his career trajectory. 

"I’ve always believed it’s up to the individual to pursue opportunities to grow," he told the reporter. "That being said, there’s a measure of organic growth, too—and I think if you aren’t at a place where there can be some organic growth, then you might be in the wrong spot. Ballard Spahr has been a good firm for me and for others because it’s very intentional about preparing its attorneys through training and mentorship to accept opportunities when they arise."
