Capita3 is an early stage venture capital fund investing in women startup founders and the companies they're building. 

At the University of Minnesotathe Technology Commercialization Venture Center team is responsible for leading the formation and launch of new companies based on a broad range of technologies coming out of the University's research enterprise.

CLE Credits:

This program is approved for 2.5 CLE credits in CA, NY, & PA; and 2.8 NJ CLE credits. MN CLE credit is pending. Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided for the purpose of seeking CLE credit in other jurisdictions.
