The American Bar Association's 2024 May Tax Meeting will take place May 2-4 in Washington, D.C. Siana Danch, an associate on Ballard Spahr's Tax Controversy team, will co-present on May 4 for the Monetary Violations & Forfeitures Subcommittee of the Civil & Criminal Tax Penalties Committee during their Saturday AM Session to discuss recent forfeiture enforcement actions.
