Leah W. Feinman represents clients in a wide range of areas involving intellectual property and media law, and prosecutes and defends cases involving trademark infringement, copyright infringement, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, unfair competition, and other commercial disputes. She regularly litigates in both federal and state courts in various jurisdictions.

Leah's recent experience includes enforcing copyrights for clients in the garment industry, as well as defending broadcast clients against allegations of defamation. Leah also counsels clients on copyright, trademark, internet, licensing, false advertising, and contractual issues. She negotiates, drafts, and reviews various intellectual property and entertainment agreements, including talent contracts, licensing agreements, and publication agreements.

She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she received a B.F.A. in Drama. She has worked in the entertainment industry and is a former actress and model.
