Tyler M. Cobb is an associate in the Public Finance Department and a former Ballard Spahr summer associate. He represents cities, counties, and towns; school districts; health care districts; special taxing districts; and other special issuers in all areas of public finance. He serves as counsel for bonds, notes, special taxes, underwriters, issuers, and trustees in connection with tax-exempt revenue, general obligation, and special assessment bonds.

Tyler represents clients such as educational and health care institutions, municipalities, charter schools, and financial institutions throughout Arizona and the Southwest, acting as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel.
