As Ballard Spahr's Chief Innovation Officer, Suzette F. Allaire oversees and directs the design, development, and timely implementation of new workflow automation and other technology solutions that make the firm and its practices more efficient, effective, and competitive. Suzette also partners with the firm’s attorneys, operational leaders, and legal project management professionals to identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve client service, reduce costs, and enhance the value of the legal services we provide.

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Suzette served as the Chief Operations Officer for a multipractice Midwest law firm, where she spearheaded the planning and implementation of technologies that resulted in innovative operational improvements and cost savings—including successfully converting the firm to a paperless environment in 2013.

Earlier in her career, Suzette held technology and administrative leadership positions at a number of consulting and professional services firms.
