Stephanie A. Zirpoli's practice encompasses all aspects of real estate transactional work, with a focus on development and leasing matters. Stephanie regularly advises clients with respect to the acquisition (fee and ground lease), disposition, development, management, and leasing of single-use and mixed-use retail, laboratory, industrial, office, residential, and hotel properties (single-property and multi-property, multistate transactions). A large part of Stephanie's practice is devoted to the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in the ground and space leasing of office, laboratory, retail, and industrial properties.

Stephanie also has significant experience in real estate finance work, including the origination of, and the representation of borrowers in connection with, construction and term loans and the acquisition and disposition of various forms of debt, including whole loans (mortgage and mezzanine), B notes, participation interests, and syndication interests. Stephanie represents lenders in refinancings, workouts, modifications, receiverships, foreclosures, and deeds in lieu of foreclosure.
