Chloe J. Steadman is a business and finance associate who advises clients on corporate and commercial transactions in both the private and public realm. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisition transactions and has experience drafting and negotiating the terms of asset and stock purchase agreements, ancillary agreements, operating agreements, resolutions and disclosure schedules, and performing due diligence. She regularly assists businesses with reorganizations, financing, and corporate governance. Chloe also assists with corporate securities matters, including quarterly and annual filings, current report filings, and registration statements with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Chloe is a member of the firm's Sports practice, assisting on business and real estate investments, endorsement agreements, and advising professional sports organizations.

Chloe spent five months living in Milan, Italy, studying European Union law, International World Trade law, and Comparative Antitrust law.

Pro Bono Experience

Chloe represents clients in Ballard Spahr's BASE program, which provides pro bono legal services to student entrepreneurs and their startup ventures. She volunteers with Wills for Heroes, a program that provides essential estate planning documents for first responders. She also assists with obtaining T visas for Human Trafficking victims.
