Barbara A. Schwartz is an associate in the Litigation Department. Her experience includes litigating antitrust and unfair trade practices class actions in state and federal court.

Barbara also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes immigration challenges in federal court and representation of inmates seeking federal sentence commutations through the Clemency Project.

  • Represents a national title insurance company in several class actions brought under RICO and the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law
  • Represents a pharmaceutical manufacturer in litigation involving allegations of monopoly relating to the filing and settlement of Hatch-Waxman patent infringement litigation
  • Represented a national bank in legal malpractice litigation
