Travis J. Leach is Co-Practice Leader of the firm's Emerging Growth and Venture Capital Group and its Sports Practice.

Travis uses his legal acumen and 15 years of experience to serve as a trusted business partner to his clients. Thanks to his work with companies at all stages of growth, he has become a well-connected member of Phoenix's business community.

In his role as a leader of the firm's Sports Practice, Travis uses his broad corporate experience to help sports teams and franchises maximize their assets, safeguard against risk, and position themselves like companies. 

Many of the matters Travis works on are critical to his clients' long-term success. He focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on public offerings, private placements, corporate governance matters, SEC compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. He represents a number of public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, finance, manufacturing, and mortgage banking.
