  • Handled federal and state notice requirements, CHOW analysis, due diligence and assisted in drafting of transaction documents for an affiliation agreement through which a local hospital system acquired a local hospitalAdvised health care private equity firms on transactional and regulatory matters for portfolio companies—including dental and derma practice management providers
  • Provided counsel to one of the nation's largest independent dental practices and frequently advised on a wide variety of acquisition and regulatory matters
  • Advised providers, health plans and business associates on all aspects of HIPAA privacy and security laws
  • Conducted health care due diligence and payor contract review for multiple health care organization transactions
