Shannon Noelle is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on labor and employment matters. She has extensive experience conducting high-level executive investigations; providing trial preparation and analysis; litigating discrimination, breach of contract, wage and hour, whistleblower, and restrictive covenant and trade secret actions at the federal, state, and administrative level; drafting appellate briefs; overseeing arbitration and alternative dispute mechanisms; as well as overseeing ESI discovery.
While in law school, Shannon served as a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she wrote various memos and subpoenas, outlined depositions, observed testimonies, and reviewed documents for senior attorneys.
