Ballard Spahr's Tracy Siebold and Dianne Pickersgill have won a motion to permit a "friend of the court" appearance before the N.J. Supreme Court in 'In the Matter of the Adoption of N.J.A.C. 5:96 and 5:97 by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing,' Docket No. 67,126.  

Ms. Siebold and Ms. Pickersgill filed an amicus brief on behalf of the Corporation for Supportive Housing; Supportive Housing Association of NJ; Monarch Housing Associates; Disability Rights New Jersey; United Cerebral Palsy of Northern, Central and Southern New Jersey; and Mental Health Association in New Jersey.

The organizations are urging the court to affirm key aspects of the Mount Laurel Doctrine to ensure the availability of affordable housing to all State residents, including those with special needs.
