Amy L. Bashore is experienced in handling employment discrimination issues, wage and hour cases, and noncompetition/nonsolicitation issues. She counsels clients on employee hiring, employee discipline and performance management, reductions in force, and employment termination, including drafting employment and separation agreements.

Ms. Bashore served as second chair at two trials, a claim of retaliation in violation of Title VII and a breach of contract claim arising from an offer letter and attendant conversations.

Pro Bono Experience

During law school, Mr. Bashore was student coordinator for the Battered Women's Project Uncontested Divorce Program at NYU.
