Landlords holding leases for Eastern Outfitters LLC retail locations slated for liquidation objected Friday in Delaware bankruptcy court to the company's proposed final post-petition financing order, saying they haven't been given confirmation that the stub rent for those stores will be covered by the debtor-in-possession budget.

The landlords are represented by Leslie C. Heilman, Matthew G. Summers, Dustin P. Branch and David L. Pollack of Ballard Spahr LLP.

The case is In re: Eastern Outfitters LLC et al., case number 1:17-bk-10243, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The group of landlords holds leases for seven Eastern Mountain Sports locations in the northeastern United States and say that it is working with the debtor and the DIP lenders to ensure that stub rent for February is included in the final budget for the financing package, but they have not been given a firm answer yet. A final hearing on the DIP loan is set for March 22.
