Jessica Ann Wilson represents clients in trademark infringement, patent infringement, complex commercial, and related litigation matters. She also represents clients in trademark prosecution matters, trademark litigation matters, analyzing issues of likelihood of confusion, laches, common law user rights, extraterritorial application of the Lanham Act, and other related issues. She also assists with pre-litigation research and investigation.

Jessica handles trademark prosecution matters, assisting with trademark counseling and clearance searches. She drafts responses to substantive office actions to the USPTO regarding issues of likelihood of confusion, descriptiveness, revisions to the identifications of clients' goods and services, and other related issues. She helps her clients obtain trademark registrations and assists them in maintaining and protecting U.S. and international trademark portfolios. She works with foreign counsel on trademark prosecution, investigations and enforcement activity. Also, Jessica has experience with managing large domain name portfolios.

Jessica has represented clients on commercial litigation matters involving breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, fraud, and complex royalty disputes. She has experience researching and analyzing complex jurisdictional and title issues. She has experience assisting on white-collar criminal cases, including a large fraud and forgery defense case. Jessica assists with large patent litigation cases, conducting legal research and drafting briefs.

During law school, Jessica interned with Hon. Cynthia Bashant in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She also interned with U.S. Attorney’s Office-Criminal Division in San Diego and with the District Attorney's Office-Special Prosecutions Unit in Orange County, California. She is a former summer associate at Ballard Spahr.

Jessica is active in pro bono services, representing a single mother in a family law dispute. She also volunteers with the Arizona Humane Society, helping plan their annual charity event—Compassion with Fashion.
