David J. Margules has 30 years' experience litigating a broad range of business disputes, including fiduciary duty claims, corporate valuation proceedings, corporate and partnership control fights, and insurance coverage defense. In 2010, David was appointed by the Delaware Court of Chancery as Special Master on discovery issues in the matter TR Investors, et al. v. Genger. In 2012, he was appointed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court as Special Counsel to the Trustee for Debtor Advance Nanotech, Inc., to investigate the events and conduct leading to the Debtor's insolvency.

David is an AAA-trained mediator. In 2014, he was appointed by the Court on the Judiciary of the State of Delaware to a four-year term as a member of the Preliminary Investigatory Committee. In 2015, he was appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court to the Permanent Advisory Committee on Supreme Court Rules.
