Conrad Bower advises clients on a broad array of general corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Bower focuses his practice on counseling public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions transactions in such industries as health care, technology, manufacturing, and aerospace. Mr. Bower also assists public reporting clients with corporate securities matters, including public offerings and private placements, compliance with state and federal securities laws, and the preparation and review of periodic and current reports pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
While in law school, Mr. Bower served as an extern with the Capital Habeas Unit of the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Southern District of Ohio. Before entering law school, Mr. Bower worked as a legal research analyst for Bloomberg, L.P.
