Conrad Bower is a transactional attorney with a diverse corporate practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, securities matters, corporate governance, and general contract matters. Mr. Bower focuses his practice on counseling public and private companies in merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions in such industries as health care, medical device, technology, manufacturing, and aerospace. Mr. Bower also counsels clients on a range of securities matters, including public offerings and private placements, compliance with state and federal securities laws, the preparation of periodic and current reports pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and conduit municipal revenue bond transactions. Mr. Bower also has experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan origination and servicing agreements for non-bank providers of mortgage outsourcing services.
Before entering law school, Mr. Bower worked as an analyst for Bloomberg, L.P.
